The Back to School Celebration Steering Committee invites you to join us as an Exhibitor at the 26th Annual Back to School Celebration on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This year's celebration will be hosted at twelve community sites located in , Central Falls, Cranston, Cumberland, Newport, Pawtucket, Providence, Woonsocket, and West Warwick,. Based on last year's experience we expect to attract nearly 15,000 students and their families. Students will receive free backpacks with school supplies.

In addition to providing free school supplies, the Back to School Celebration provides an opportunity for our community partners to educate families about their services. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight your organization. Each exhibitor is expected to bring enough materials to distribute to families. Each year we are visited by an estimate of 1,500 hundred parents with children at each site. Prizes and giveaways are always welcome.

There are twelve sites to choose from. Your organization may have a table of any locations of your choice. We ask exhibitors for a fee of $50.00 per site, which will allow more backpacks for children.

Table set up at all locations will be at 8:30am. In anticipation, families and children start lining up prior to the celebration. We ask that you stay for the entire event.

Please bring your own table and chairs (except if you will be exhibiting in Central Falls). Each site has a limited numbers of tables and chairs available and will not be able to guarantee you one.

INFORMED CONSENT: BTSRI is committed to providing outstanding quality educational programs helping individuals and families reach their full potential.

As such:

1. I grant permission for BTSRI to use any photos, film, digital imaging, videos, verbal and written statements of the above stated agency or their likeness for promotional, web usage, or uses by BTSRI either associated with the program, project, event, function, or otherwise. I hereby agree to allow the BTSRI to use any photograph and/or likeness of the agency and staff at any time during my participation in the program or thereafter, without prior approval. I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for the use of such materials, and I hereby waive any and all claim to any such compensation.

2. I agree to pay the fee of $50.00 per site.

3. I agree to bring my own tables and chairs. Tents are strongly encouraged.

4. I agree to set up my table at 8:30am and stay for the entire event.

5. I agree to bring materials to distribute to 1,500 families at each site.

6. I agree to pay the invoice from Back to School of RI within 30 days of receipt.
