2020-2021 MS Homeschool Life Info Fair Application
Please fill out the following application to reserve a table for the 2020-2021 MS Homeschool Life Info Fair held at Getwell Church (7875 Getwell Road, Southaven, MS) on July 24, 2020 from 9:00am-12:00 pm.
The cost is $20 for all non-profits and businesses with only one employee, and $50 for businesses with two or more employees. Each business/organization/group will be furnished a 6-foot table and one chair. No table coverings will be provided. Electrical outlets are limited, and available on a first come, first served basis. (Please indicate on the form below if you would prefer to be near an electrical outlet.)
Once we have approved your application, you will receive an invoice via email. Please pay your invoice online as soon as possible, as your table is reserved only once payment has been received. Space is limited.

You may NOT collect payment of any kind for ANY reason on the day of this event. This is against the policy of the hosting facility and will result in immediate removal from the property. Do you agree to these terms?
