Hello, Stockholm! gives you who are seeking asylum an opportunity to more easily become part of Stockholm and Swedish society.
Through the course, you strengthen your Swedish skills, get practical information about how society works and get to experience what Stockholm has to offer you. All this together with others!
This includes:
One big step in the Swedish language
· Swedish lessons, three times a week, at the ABF buildning in central Stockholm, with an experienced teacher
· Different levels, joining a class according to your prior knowledge.
Explore Stockholm and the Swedish Society
· Culture and nature: Experience the city’s museums, parks, cultural offerings and historical places.
· Health: Learn about how the Swedish health system works and where to get medical aid + try out physical activities.
· Societal orientation: Get to know about the Swedish society and about your rights.
Course start: Every sixth week, starting in september 2025.
Place: ABF-huset, Sveavägen 41 (Metro: Rådmansgatan) + activities around the city of Stockholm.
Course duration: 5-6 weeks (with a possibility to do muliple courses), 3 days a week + 1 activity.
