Expungement Participant Registration
The Community Resource, Employment, & Expungement Fair is hosted by ReEntry Delaware in collaboration with Wilmington University and the Delaware Office of Defense Services.

Please fill out the below questionnaire to pre-register for a one-on-one meeting with an attorney to learn if or when you may become eligible for second chance relief in Delaware.

The event will take place on Tuesday August 4th, 2026, from 11am - 2pm at Wilmington University's New Castle Campus (320 N. Dupont Highway, New Castle DE 19720). 

We can only help with Delaware criminal records.

Preregistration is strongly encouraged but walk-in services will be available.
