This form is to be used prior to when funds are needed. Please be aware that all requests MUST be passed through the entire HPS PTCO by vote unless the request falls into an already established category. (Ex: teacher annual party funds, grade level field trip allotment, classroom supplies allotment, etc.).  Funds request must be submitted and approved by the principal by 2nd Tuesday of the month.

Thank you for making a request! You will need to come to the next PTCO meeting to explain your request further. Please be prepared to discuss how this will impact High Plains students and/or community. Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, December/March excluded. A majority vote will be needed to approve your request. Funds request must be submitted and approved by the principal by 2nd Tues of the month. Requests of an urgent matter will be decided outside of regular meeting hours AT HPS PTCO’s DISCRETION.
