Note the new process for application and payment:1. Submit the completed application, along with your payment either via PayPal or by check (your payment reserves a spot for you in the retreat).2. You will be notified by email once your application has been reviewed and approved.
Refund Policy: Due to the advanced planning and preparation required to host sesshin/retreats, NZC's general policy is that if a registrant cancels after the registration deadline has passed, the fee is no longer refundable. If a registrant cancels before the registration deadline, the fee is refundable, less a $25 administrative fee and any additional fees incurred by NZC (i.e. PayPal fees). If your application is not approved for any reason, the fee will be returned to you in full, less any fees incurred by NZC (i.e. PayPal fees).
