Pick Yuh Provider! Vote for Jamaica's Utility Provider of the Year 2026

The Consumer Advisory Committee on Utilities (CACU) invites utility consumers to vote for the utility provider that they think has delivered the best overall customer experience in 2026.

The winner will be determined by popular vote from utility customers of the major service providers, as well as findings from the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) Mystery Shopping Survey. A weighted scoring approach will be used, with greater weight assigned to the public voting than to the Mystery Shopping Survey.
