COVID-19 Vendor Application (2020 Season)
Thank you for your response to our recent survey/email outreach about the 2020 COVID19 safety plan (www.homerfarmersmarket.org/2020-covid-19-update---market-protocol.html). You are receiving this application because you indicated that you are interested in vending this season and are able to meet the 2020 safety requirements.

If you have been accepted to vend starting opening day, please submit this form no later than May 17th, 8pm.

These requirements have been added to the 2020 policy manual (LOCATED HERE: http://www.homerfarmersmarket.org/covid19.html); you can easily locate the COVID-19 additions by looking for the bold, red text. As a reminder, these requirements combine the state-mandated and recommended practices to create safe accessibility to fresh, local food.

In order for the Homer Farmers Market board and staff to review each vendor's ability to sufficiently meet these new safety requirements, please fill out the following application with clear, detailed responses to the following questions.
