S2 Community Resource Questionnaire (~15 min)
In the wake of COVID-19, communities, individuals, and organizations have sprung to action. We are caring for others and ourselves, and we are also sharply defining what kind of change we need to see on the other side of this disaster event. We are demonstrating our resilience.

What will it take for us to come out of COVID-19 with a truly sustainable, viable, and resilient Seattle? Where do we continue to miss the mark? What is being revealed at this moment?

Sustainable Seattle is enacting a participatory research response that will use digital and safe, public-health sensitive engagement strategies to align, activate, and amplify resiliency during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This demographic data collection will ultimately contribute to a robust inter-media "Community Resilience Ecosystem Map" that serves as publicly accessible emergency tool-kits (both physical tools and information) clearly designated for various types of crises.

Please spend 15 minutes contributing to our hyper-local census that can help bring your priorities and scale-up solutions into action. We will be conducting, analyzing, and synthesizing weekly prompts and community responses in addition to this questionnaire. Please follow our social and general scheduling for this project.

QUICK TIPS:
1. Create an anonymous name (Suggestion: Color, Creature). Record this. We will be identifying new informational needs each week and this way, we can accurately record your observations over time, while retaining anonymity.

2. Check back in frequently. Let us know if this platform works for you, or if something else would work better. We seek to be adaptive and responsive to you.

3. No questions are required. Some questions are intentionally general. Respond in a way that makes the most sense to you.

Thank you for your time. Let's do this.
