Event Hours:
Friday August 25, 2023: 5pm- 9pm
Saturday August 26, 2023: 11am- 8pm
Sunday August 27, 2023: 11am- 7pm- Family BBQ
Food truck Space - $150 a day per space
$250.00 per day/space - Includes Photos and Video Social Media Exposure
$25.00 Event Competition FEE Required - $5.00 = 50/50 Raffle $20.00 Prize Categories
Business and Retail Space 10x10 = $100 a day.
Business and Retail Space 10x20 = $150 a day
Non-Profit Space - 10x10 = $75.00 a day
Non-Profit Space - 10x20 = $100.00 a day
Event Power - Add $25.00 per Vendor - May be charged for additional Power Based on Requirements.
All Vendors will receive access to onsite Trash Service - $10.00 per vendor.
Set up: Friday August 25, 2023: 10am-4:30pm
Break Down: Sunday August 27, 2023: 8:15pm- 10:30pm
Vendors are required to provide any canopies, tables, chairs, and/or cords for their booths. Please use weights for your booth to prevent disasters in the case of wind.
VENDING RULES AND REGULATIONS
Booths must be set up before the event opens, and remain open until the event concludes.
Please follow parking and driving instructions and Only Park in vendor parking areas.
If a vendor is not selected, they may request to be put on a waiting list.
If for any reason a vendor must cancel their space, no refunds will be offered unless the space can be resold before the setup day.
Restrictions on sale of items: No firearms, combustibles, open flames, hazmat, or live animals.
There is no application fee, payment will be due upon acceptance.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
ALL VENDORS, SPONSORS, JUDGES EVENT STAFF MUST READ AND AGREE TO PARTICIPATE.
The Vendor specifically agrees that for a period of (5) years after, the Vendor will not engage, directly or indirectly, either as proprietor, competitor, partner, officer, event organizer, or otherwise, in the same or similar event Name and branding as were performed for the Company with the same business name, branding, or likeness within the State of Oregon which provides event services which would be a conflict of interest with the Best in Southern Oregon Food Truck and Vendor Competition. If you have questions, please give us a call. By agreeing to this, we ask that all vendors and participants understand that this is a licensed and trademarked event.
