Get your GCTYO fix this summer! Join our new "Strings Camp" for an unbeatable summer experience with GCTYO teaching artists and students who love to make music together.
All students, including those not enrolled in GCTYO, are welcome to join us for the summer!
When: Weekdays July 10-21, 2023 (10 days!)
When: 9 AM - 3 PM with optional early dropoff at 8 AM and late pickup at 3:45 PM
Where: Greens Farms Academy, Westport, CT
Cost: $960 ($100 due with registration, $430 due May 15, $430 final payment due July 1) - This comes to $16/hour for high quality music instruction!
Who: Beginning String players entering grade 5 and up with at least 1 year experience on instrument all the way through Intermediate and Advanced String players. Need not be currently enrolled in GCTYO.
What: Orchestra, Chamber Music, Masterclasses, Recitals, Final Concert
What: Traditional classical repertoire, plus current, diverse composers and alternative genres
What: Student-focused music educators teaching the GCTYO way
