GENERAL INFORMATION: Please review the following details carefully. Please send event requests 6-8 weeks in advance.
Events are hosted during our standard operating hours, which are 11a to 6p or 6-9:30p on open days. We do not schedule events on days we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and we are unable to accommodate requests for early openings to host events.
AVAILABLE SPACES FOR RENT, RATES & RENTAL GUIDELINES:
Rates for Either Locations:
- $75 per hour including set up and breakdown time per location. This fee is best suited for large groups, academic projects, or nonprofits with annual budgets over $1mil.
- Community Pricing - We welcome physical trades or labor trades instead of USD. We're looking for reams of paper, cases of water bottles, facemasks, and people willing to lift heavy things as trades.
Wasted Ink Zine Distro Store Front & Zine Library: 323 W McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85003
Store Hours: Wednesday - Sunday ,11a - 6p
Description: This is our storefront which has an event space that can either hold 20 people in seated rows, with room for a small stage area, or can be outfitted for hands-on workshops with three tables of six people.
Paper Jam + Print Collaborative Print Studio: 335 W McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85003
Studio Hours: By Appointment Only
Description: This is our print studio which has an workshop space that can either hold up to 15 people for hands-on workshops.
Promotional materials required at least two weeks ahead of the event:
- Please list our name in full and spelled correctly: Wasted Ink Zine Distro or Paper Jam + Print
- Please include that face masks are required and provided for the event.
- All promotional graphics need to be submitted and reviewed before they're published.
Additional Information and Guidelines:
- The space is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and no events—public or private—are scheduled on these days.
- Events must conclude by 9:30p.
- The event space must be returned to its original condition. Any damages incurred during the event will be the responsibility of the event’s point of contact and must be reimbursed within 7 days.
- Renters are required to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the event to assist with setup.
