Youthfest is a completely free event to attend, but we ask that you fill out this form so we can:
  1. Make sure we know of any access or medical needs prior to the day
  2. Monitor numbers and provide the best possible experience for everyone.
  3. Report back to our funders so we can continue providing high quality, free events in the future.
  4. Track who has given us media consent
