Small Boat (Outboard) Usage Report

This report is for all boats with OUTBOARD ENGINES.

Using this Form:

1. Complete sections 1-3 (Pre-Sail Checklist) and submit the form. An email will be sent to you once you submit the form.
2. When you return from sailing, open the email and click on the "edit" submission option in the form. Complete section 4 (Post-Sail Checklist) and resubmit your form.

Charter Policy Reminders *

ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CLUB BOATS. I understand if I am to bring an animal (pet, emotional support animal, etc.) onboard I will be automatically charged $250.

I agree to return the boat to the slip it belongs in according to the current docking arrangement. I understand if I return my boat to the incorrect slip I will be automatically charged $150. (Unless I have been told by SSC Staff otherwise)

I will return the boat at the time my reservation states. If I return late or after sunset, I understand I will be automatically charged $100.

If I do not report any damage on the boat (damage done by another member OR myself), even if I have paid the Deductible Waiver, I understand I will be charged for damage found after my sail.
