Failure to submit all of these components in time may result in your application not being considered.

2020 LEWISBURG ARTS FESTIVAL GUIDELINES
Artists are invited to participate in the Lewisburg Arts Festival on April 25, 2020. Market Street will be open to pedestrian traffic only, giving you an excellent opportunity to show and sell.
All artists and crafters, professional or amateur, are invited to enter. To ensure artistry of the highest quality, all entries are juried by a panel of professionals. The judges reserve the right to limit the entries due to duplications or lack of space. All items must be hand-crafted by the entrant or joint exhibitors working on the same body of work - not a consortium of artists.
The artist whose work has been accepted MUST be present for the entire show.
Each artist is responsible for the collection and payment of Pennsylvania 6% sales tax.
Each artist is responsible for assembling, managing, cleaning and removing their exhibit.
The Artist Committee reserves the right to exclude any artist, without refund, who breaks these rules while the show is in progress.
Booth spaces are 10' X 13'. Artists may apply for double booth space.
It is suggested all booths consist of 2 sides and a backdrop as well as some type of overhead protection as the Festival is held RAIN OR SHINE. No electricity is provided for booths and no booths may be staked down, but must be secured with sandbags. Any variations must be approved by the committee.
Artist booths located on Market Street will be positioned on ONLY ONE SIDE OF THE YELLOW LINE. This layout is required to meet the regulations of local emergency services. Additional locations adjacent to Market Street may also be assigned at the discretion of the Artist Committee, the Borough of Lewisburg, and the Fire Department.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Submit a completed and signed online application. All application materials must be received by January 15, 2020. *Please note that this is a FIRM deadline, which is earlier than last year.
2. Email 4 - and ONLY 4 - quality images (3 images of artwork and 1 image of your booth) to
. Images must accurately represent the nature and quality of the work to be exhibited. Image standard is 4"x5" at 300 dpi. Failure to rename the jpeg images could result in disqualification of your application. Rename as follows: DBA or Last Name First Name_2020_Image number (Ex: SmithBetty_2020_1.jpg)
3. Remit to The Lewisburg Arts Council a non-refundable JURY FEE of $25. The jury fee may be paid by check or money order payable to “The Lewisburg Arts Council” or paid electronically via PayPal. Check or money order should be mailed to: The Lewisburg Arts Council, PO Box 418, Lewisburg, PA 17837.

Note: You will receive an email from the Artist Committee by February 19th with the results of the jury process. If you are accepted, you will then receive an invoice for your booth fee.

If your work is accepted into the Festival, you will receive an invoice for the space you requested. DO NOT SEND BOOTH SPACE PAYMENT AT THIS TIME.
Single booth (10' x 13') - $100
Double booth (10' x 26') - $200
Corner booth location - additional $50

WAIVER - Signature Required
WAIVER: The undersigned does hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless the Lewisburg Arts Council from all actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever rising from any loss or damage to any property of the undersigned while in the possession or supervision of the festival, its agents, representatives or employees and hereby consents to enforcement of all Festival rules. The undersigned understands that the submission of work to the Lewisburg Arts Festival and its sponsor, The Lewisburg Arts Council, constitutes an agreement of conditions set forth herein, considers this application a commitment to show and realizes that no refunds will be made for cancellations after 4/9/2020. I acknowledge that I have read the conditions of entry and that if my work does not conform to the regulations and/or is misrepresented in my descriptions or images, or if I violate any of the festival rules, the Committee reserves the right to request removal of objectionable items or to terminate my reservation without refund. If I am asked to leave for any reason, I will do so. Decisions of the Lewisburg Arts Council committees are final and binding. (Please type name below as your signature)

1. Email your four images in .jpg format to
. Include three pictures of your artwork and one picture of your booth, EVEN IF YOU WERE PREVIOUSLY JURIED. Image standard is 4"x5" at 300 dpi. By submitting these images, you are giving the Lewisburg Arts Council permission to reproduce the photos for Festival promotion in print or digital form.
