All organizations and coaches renting space must provide a certificate of insurance.  Gravity cheer is not liable for any injuries that may occur to coaches or participants while renting space.  Organization must have full insurance on all participants.  All participants MUST fill out the GC waiver as well. *
Gravity Cheer staff will NOT be supervising gym rentals. *
Athletes and Coaches of Organization are practicing at their own risk. *
No one under the age of 18 is allowed to coach without the supervision of an certified adult coach. *
Teams/Organizations will be renting a 9 panel floor.  Tumble Track and other equipment should not be used. *
No food is allowed in the gym. *
Congregating before or after rental hours is not permissible.  Please hold meetings within your rental time or at a different location. *
Gravity is NOT responsible for any lost items. *
By submitting this form you are stating that the entire organization including coaches, independent contractors, athletes, participants and guests all agree to Gravity policies. *
