Parent / Guardian On-Site Agreement

At Kooee Kids, we value connection, trust and respect within our village.

If you choose to remain on site during a session, we ask that you support us in creating a safe and comfortable environment for all children and families by agreeing to the following:

• Only photograph or film your own child.
• Do not capture images or videos of other children.
• Do not share any images online that include other children.
• Allow Kooee Kids educators to lead, supervise and guide all children during the session.
• Do not take any child (other than your own) away from the group area at any time.
• If you need to leave the designated area with your child, please notify an educator first.

These boundaries help protect every child’s privacy, safety and sense of belonging in our shared bush space.

Assumption of Responsibility

I voluntarily allow my child to participate in all Kooee Kids Nature Play activities.

I accept responsibility for my child’s actions and wellbeing during sessions and release and hold harmless Kooee Kids Nature Play, its staff, volunteers, and landowners from any liability, claim, or demand arising from participation, except in the case of proven negligence.

Behaviour & Expectations

I understand that Kooee Kids promotes respect for others, the environment, and equipment.
If a child’s behaviour poses ongoing safety concerns, staff may discuss strategies with parents and, if necessary, suspend participation.

Weather & Cancellations

I understand that sessions run in most weather conditions except for severe weather warnings or unsafe conditions. If sessions are cancelled, families will be notified via email/text as early as possible.
