PC READS Elevating Literacy Award: 2026 Nomination Form
Our annual Elevating Literacy Award honors an individual who has made a significant contribution towards improving the lives of students with reading disabilities, including dyslexia. The award recognizes an individual’s service to students, families and/or the greater Park City community. Nominations may be based upon teaching experience, administrative work, professional development training, family support, event programming or any other area of work or service that demonstrates exemplary efforts supporting the mission of PC READS.
