Developing a Critical Equity Leadership Identity Competencies is a self-assessment to assess where you are developmentally at in regard to competencies for each of the 5 pillars.
For each pillar enter the status 0, 3, or 5 to indicate the following scoring:
0 = Not Yet
3= In Progress
5= Completed
If there are many zero’s it is ok! This is an opportunity to learn and grow! If you have many three’s you are on your way, but need a boost to develop beyond the will into skill to develop the competencies. If you have many five’s, be sure to have evidence to support your five’s and give yourself a pat on the back for your initiative and efforts!
