Survey: ID Lock 150 and problem reporting status of lock
The ID Lock 150 used together with home automation systems has an intermittent (not always) issue reporting the status of the lock. Example: what code was used to unlock the door or if door has been locked. ID Lock has been contacted about this problem, but because it's unclear how many are experiencing this issue and what systems are affected you are encouraged to answer the questions in this poll. If you are an owner of ID Lock 150 and never has seen this problem you can also answer this poll. The results of this survey will be sent to ID Lock so they can better troubleshoot this problem.
