Training: 2017 Basics of Case Management
This workshop is designed to present basic information on case management and to provide participants with hands-on opportunities to practice skills in assessment/interviewing, boundaries, ethics, confidentiality, and documentation.

• Workshop participants will be able to identify the basic components of case management.
• Participants will understand why goals are important to case management and be able to set client-centered goals for service and for session meetings.
• Participants will be able to set and maintain personal and ethical boundaries.

-Training hours: 10 AM - 3 PM
