The changes from the REPEAL HIV Discrimination Act of 2021 are:

1. Brings ONAP into the mix
- ONAP is now included in 4(a) in the list of "designated officials"
- ONAP is tasked with providing guidance to assist States dealing with criminal and related civil commitment cases regarding people living with HIV
2. Acknowledges that the State review will be an updated one; and
3. Removal of Sec. 4 (d) Evaluation and Monitoring System (This work already is being done by state and national advocates.)
