If you are receiving this form, then there is a scoring course being run at your club in 2019.

I very much hope that you will be able to attend the course that is being run at your own Club, assisting the Lead Tutor who will be supplied by Surrey ACO.

I am also hopeful that you may be able to assist at some of the other courses in the county for 2019.

There is no pressure upon you to agree to help us, if you do not feel able to do so.
