Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Information Session - August 9, 2017
MBSR Information Sessions are free and open to anyone interested in gaining more knowledge about the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program offered by the Center for Spiritually and Healing at the University of Minnesota. Information Sessions will provide you with details about the course make-up and content, along with a brief background and introduction to the practice of mindfulness. Sessions will be held for about one hour, and addresses for locations are listed on our website.
