Leadership SouthCoast's 2018 Distinguished Alumni Award Nomination Form
Leadership SouthCoast’s annual leadership awards seek to recognize alumni who demonstrate positive leadership within the community. Those recognized embody authentic leadership motivated by a deep sense of purpose. They are effective advocates who resiliently build and strengthen the community and their organizations with reason and gratitude.

The annual Distinguished Alumni Award is the highest honor bestowed upon a graduate. The award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated significant achievements in their chosen profession, earned high respect among their colleagues, and has engaged in, and made significant contributions to, the betterment of the South Coast community.

To nominate a graduate, please complete each section of the form below by providing thoughtful and detailed support for your candidate. Please note that the nomination process is open to the public, but only LSC alumni can be nominated. A list of our graduates can be found at: http://leadershipsouthcoast.org/alumni-network/graduated-classes/. This year's awardee will be selected by members of Leadership SouthCoast's Alumni Network Committee and Board of Directors, and announced at the October 25th graduation celebration and alumni reunion. Nominations must be submitted by September 21, 2018.
