Teen Perceptions
Dear Parent/Guardian,

Your child is invited to participate in a research study on teen perceptions of Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) conducted by Keira Ebner, a junior at Calabasas High School and a participant in the ARCS program at CSUN. Below is an overview of the study and your rights as a participant.

This study aims to examine how teenagers perceive CEA. Participants will complete an online survey about their opinions on CEA. They will then be provided with information about potential drawbacks and benefits of CEA and asked whether they are supportive of the facilities. Responses will be used for research purposes only.

All responses are completely anonymous. No identifying information will be collected, and individual responses will not be linked to any student.

Participation in this study is entirely voluntary. Your child may choose not to participate or withdraw at any time without consequence.
