LaunchNET B.Y.O.B Cohort Application
Speaker & workshop series, Spring semester 2020. Monthly sequence focused on walking underrepresented students through career confidence and entrepreneurial thinking and skills to be successful in college and beyond.
Series contains sessions about confidence, marketing, finances, and will include workshops with hands-on skill-building with personal branding, LinkedIn profile building, creating a network, and gaining a mentor.
Cohort-based, to build a community of students and mentors who can support and learn from one another.
LaunchNET advisors and other Kent State mentors will be available for meetings in between monthly sessions for students to get additional assistance and feedback on their work.
Series will culminate in the possibility to receive funding for a business idea, as well as the opportunity to attend a dinner/presentation with entrepreneur Daymond John in April.
