The 6th, 7th, and 8th grade teams are very excited to begin our preparations for the December 8th Northwestern Settlement House shopping trip! In partnership with the Middlefork/Sunset Ridge PTO, each homeroom/advisory will be supporting and shopping for a family in need for the holidays, and budgeting, making a shopping list, etc. will be worked on in school prior to the trip.

**Please note that donations to support this service project will be made via MySchoolBucks (look for the icon for the NWSH shopping trip contributions) and are due by Monday, December 4th; the suggested donation amount is $25 per child in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.**

In order for all 6th, 7th, and 8th graders to participate in this special shopping trip, this permission form needs to be filled in for each child in these grades.
