ECFE provides home visits & parent consultations to families with children ages birth through 5.  Visits and consultations are provided either in-person, by phone, or virtually by a Licensed Early Childhood/Parent Educator or Parent/Infant Specialist. If you or someone else are looking for support with behavior challenges, transitions and routines, resource connection, or general parenting questions, please submit your request or referral by completing the form below. Interpreters are available upon request.  This is a FREE service provided by Community Education Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE).
