I acknowledge and confirm that my student's photo can be used in the venue paper's print, electronic, and social media.

I grant permission to PETALS Playhouse & Activity Center. to use the photo of (name of student) in its publications

I release both the venue and photographer from any claims that may arise from the use of photos.

I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the PETALS Playhouse & Activity Center.
