Vendor Spaces - $250  (required to bring your own table)

Indoor Vendors: 8x8 space

Outdoor Vendors: 10x10 space
Tents are recommended but must not exceed 10x10 feet.
Tent legs must be secured with at least 10 lbs. of weight.
No Food Trucks or Trailers

Important Information:

Full payment is required to confirm your space by Friday, June 5, 2026. Payments are nonrefundable; there is no rain date for the event.

Food vendors must submit a Temporary Food Service Application no later than Thursday, June 25, 2026.

Vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Fairfield Theatre Company as an additional insured by Wednesday, July 15, 2026
