St. David's CELC 2025-2026 Registration Form
Welcome to registration for the 2025-2026 school year! We are so honored that you have chosen St. David's Christian Early Learning Center as your preschool and we look forward to learning and growing with your family in the upcoming school year.  
* Please fill out the form below to register your child(ren). If you have more than one child in your family that is registering, fill out one form per child. Please remember all registrations are time-stamped. For families registering more than one child, all registrations will get the time stamp of the first child registered from that family. 
* Once you submit your registration form, you will automatically receive a confirmation copy from google. Please keep this for your records to show what classes you registered for. If you need to add or change your registration please email us and do not submit a new form. 
* Separate confirmation emails from the preschool will be sent the following week (Jan. 27nd-31st for current families, Feb. 3rd-Feb. 7th for new families). The email will confirm if your child received a spot for your 1st or 2nd choice or is on the wait list. Your child will automatically be registered for their second choice if your first choice is full. Please only register for a second choice if you are willing to have your child attend that class.  
* After receiving the confirmation email from us with the classes registered for, a nonrefundable registration fee of $100 per child registered is due to the preschool within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation of registration. If more than one child is registering from the same family, a discount of $15 per additional sibling will be given to the registration fee.  Payment can be made online through our payment portal Procare or by check payable to St. David's CELC. If you pay through Procare please do so as a credit card or ACH.
* First months tuition payment (Nonrefundable) will be invoiced May 3rd and and due by May 10th to hold your spot for the fall.

Club Discovery Class Registration for 4-5 years old Monday-Friday we do offer a Friday class for 3 years on.  Select all the days you are registering for. Prices per month: 1 day $95, 2 days $160, 3 days $190, 4 days $210, 5 days $250.
Play and Learn and Early Drop-off Class Registration $12/hr. ages 1-5 years old
