HANA HOU ~ COMMUNITY CLEAN UP AT LAE O KAILIU IN ANAHOLA
HANA HOU! Kūkulu Kumuhana O Anahola (KKOA) is continuing the efforts with the Kauaʻi Fire Department, DLNR:Division of Forestry and Wildlife, The Department of Hawaiian Homelands, Department of Public Works, Kauaʻi Police Department and other organizations in the effort to clean up Lae O Kailiʻu in Anahola. Groups cleaning together cannot exceed more than 10 people per group. This time clean up will be for a shorter period of time so you can enjoy the day at the beach.

DATE:
Saturday, October 9, 2021

LOCATION:
Anahola
Meet at the yellow gate (by abandoned vehicles) on Kukuihale Rd after you pass Pilipoli Rd

TIME:
8am - 10am Sort and pick up trash
10am - 4pm Gate will remain open so bring a picnic lunch and enjoy some time together on the beach

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR:
*Please wear covered shoes, protected head and eye gear.
*Water will be provided for the time we are working. Please bring your own drinks if you are staying to enjoy the beach area.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
All COVID19 protocols will be in place. We appreciate your help, however, if you have a fever or any COVID19 or flu symptoms, please be safe and remain at home.
