Please use this form to nominate a teacher from your district for the 2025-2026 FSPA District Teacher of the Year. 

  • Current FSPA board members cannot be nominated. This includes anyone running for District Director this year. 
  • Must not have been a District Teacher of the Year the last three school years.
  • Nominations are due Friday, October 3, 2025.

Information provided in this application will be provided to members and posted on our website prior to the Election, November 10-12, 2025.
