VCON 41 Vendor Application Form

If you are interested in being a vendor at VCON 41 (Sept. 30 - Oct. 2, 2016) please apply by filling in and submitting this form.
Doing so will send your information to the VCON Vendor Liaison who will review your application and then follow up with you.
This is not a guarantee of space. Should there be a waiting list, applications will be reviewed in the order received.

    VENDOR SPACE OPTIONS

    • Dealers Room: For sales of all things Geek, Sci-fi, Fantasy and Alternative Culture. (Including but not limited to: book publishers, t-shirt and clothing merchants, artist reps, artisans, jewelers, game dealers/designers, etc.) $180 for a 10' x 10' dealers room space includes: - 1 8' table and 2 chairs (if needed) (5' round tables are available by request.) - 1 full weekend membership (for use by any single individual) and 1 limited access vendor assistant pass (transferable between assistants as required) $125 for a 6' x 6' dealers room space includes: - 1 6' table and 2 chairs (if needed) (4' tables may be available by request) - 1 full weekend membership (non-transferable) and 1 limited access vendor assistant membership (transferable) $90 for a 3' x 6' "half" dealers room space includes: - 1/2 of a 6' table and 1 chair (if needed) - 1 full weekend membership (for use by any single individual) and 1 limited access vendor assistant pass (transferable between assistants as required) • Artists Alley: For artisans to showcase their own work. (All work sold must be the vendor's own original work or be based on their original work. Artists Alley vendors should also be able to demonstrate their art process to attending members - e.g. through the creation of new works while on site, through a video demonstration of the creation of new works, etc.) • Cyber Space: For advertising/promoting online/digital artists, e-publishing, web series, etc. $100 for a 6' x 4.5' artists alley/cyber space includes: - 1 6' table and 2 chairs (if needed) - 1 full weekend membership (for use by any single individual) and 1 limited access vendor assistant pass (transferable between assistants as required) $80 for a 3' x 4.5' "half" artists alley/cyber space includes: - 1/2 of a 6' table and 1 chair (if needed) - 1 full weekend membership (for use by any single individual) and 1 limited access vendor assistant pass (transferable between assistants as required) GENERAL NOTES - $50 of each space reservation is allocated towards the full weekend membership and is non-refundable. - There are limited quantities of each space option available. - Vendors are allowed a maximum of 2 spaces at 10' x 10' or 4 spaces at 6' x 6' - Artists Alley & Cyber Space are allowed a maximum of 2 spaces. - We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in any specific category. - If you are approved, you will be sent an invoice. Once it has been paid, you will receive your registration code. If we must put you on the waiting list, we will inform you promptly. - If you are approved, you are expected to pay for your space and attend the convention. *If you do not wish to accept your space, you must inform the Vendors Liaison (vendors@vcon.ca) immediately.* Refunds for the non-membership portion of your payment are only available until July 31st.
