The HAGE dataset comprises 22,000 genes whose expression was measured by microarray technology in blood of patients with or without a heart attack (HA). These data are unpublished, so access to them is restricted to approved users. Please use this form to request access.

Using this datatset you can visualise genes of your choice using heatmaps, boxplots, correlation plots or PCA plots. Or you can carry out a differential expression analysis using limma and view the results as a pathway analysis
