การให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจการผลิตและบริการสื่อส่งเสริมการศึกษาของหน่วยเทคโนโลยีส่งเสริมการศึกษา ฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีห้องสมุด สำนักหอสมุดกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง จะใช้วิธีการอันชอบด้วยกฎหมายภายใต้วัตถุประสงค์ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 มาตรา 22 ซึ่งบัญญัติว่า "การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ให้เก็บรวบรวมได้เท่าที่จำเป็นภายใต้วัตถุประสงค์อันชอบด้วยกฎหมายของผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล" (รายละเอียดปรากฏตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 มาตรา 19 มาตรา 22 และ มาตรา 39

Personal information will only be collected legally and used for educational purposes when evaluating student satisfaction with the production and services of educational media from the Educational Technology Unit, Library Technology Division, Central Library Office, Ramkhamhaeng University. In compliance with Section 22 of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, which specifies that "Personal data collection shall be collected only as necessary under the lawful purposes of the personal data controller" (further information can be found in Sections 19 and 22 of the same Act), this is being done.
