Grant Social Work Resources 2025/2026
The following resources are available through Grant Elementary School's Social Work Program.  Please indicate which resources you and your family may be interested in.  This information helps us determine our schools needs and establish appropriate access to each of these resources.  Upon selection of any resources, Mrs. Ralston will follow up with you regarding next steps.

Uplift (Formally Operation School Bell):  Provides elementary students with new school clothing in the first few months of school.  Space is limited.  Please return this form as soon as possible

School Supplies:  Additional support with necessary school supplies (notebooks, pencils, backpacks etc)

Angel Tree (Sub for Santa):  Holiday gift support for families.  It provides need-based and want-based gifts for students with the support of volunteers.

Kids Eat Utah:  Provides 7 simple meals to be used over the weekend.  Bags are delivered to students on Fridays.

Social Work Services:  Meet individually or in small group settings with Mrs. Ralston to build coping strategies, support with decision making and problem solving.

This requires a separate permission form each year.  Please reach out to Mrs. Ralston directly to discuss concerns.

Hopeful Beginnings:  This is a school based clinical mental health (therapy) resource available to our students.  This resource accepts insurance or can be received through an out of pocket direct pay option.
