Hello,

GWC Faculty interested in scheduling a library orientation or workshop for Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 are invited to use the request form below.

Please note: Due to limited staffing during the Summer 2025, in-person library orientations will only be available on the following dates, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM:

We regret to inform you that no library orientations or workshops will be offered during the Winter Intersession 2026.

Faculty are welcome to explore and embed our online library research guides, which can be easily linked within Canvas.

**For Fall and Spring semesters, we offer both online (synchronous or asynchronous) and in-person library instruction during library hours of operation.

Location: In-person sessions are held in LRC 251. Library instruction sessions via Zoom (synchronous or asynchronous) and will be recorded and available for students to review through the end of the semester.

Request forms should be received two weeks prior to a library instruction session first choice date.
