OES Absence Note
Parents must provide a note for EVERY absence. Acceptable notes for an excused absence are from a doctor/dentist/therapist/etc. Please send this in with in 3 days of absence with your child or email it to the front office clerks. 

If your child has not seen a doctor you may send in a parent note when they return or submit a "note" using this Google form. The note should include the child's name, their teacher's name, date(s) they were absent and an explanation of why the student was absent. Failure to provide notes for a student’s absence can result in the student being considered truant under SC state law.
