As a professional in the fields of health and physical education, I must be a current member of SHAPE America, and I must register for the conference.
No A/V equipment will be provided except for what is listed above.
If there are additional speakers, as the Lead Speaker I will ensure all speakers working in the fields of health and physical education are current SHAPE America members. In addition, I will ensure that they register for the conference.
If there are additional speakers who do not work in the HPE profession, I will request an exemption allowing them to present using the comments field below. I understand I will receive notification of exemption approval in the program acceptance letter, and will need to request a Guest Badge from the Conference Director at that time.
No honorarium will be paid for any presentation made.
Speakers involved in business ventures are not to overly promote and may not sell products during a presentation. Selling may only be done from the commercial exhibit area.
If your proposal is accepted, you will be notified by the end of September. The date and time of your session will be emailed by the middle of October.
