Helping Hands and Temporary Position invite you to a collaboration of ideas. De-choiring: mapping encounters is a workshop in sound and visual mapping that highlights our relationship to our immediate surroundings. Across a series of exercises, we will compose a communal sonic map that forms connections between landscape and community.

Please bring a small object of significance that reflects a routine or space you frequent or feel most grounded in. This could be a household object, a trinket, or something found along the way.

Accessibility note: Please note this venue is accessible only through a flight of narrow stairs. Let us know if you have any accessibility needs that we can support to make you comfortable in the space.
