BCPVPA UBCO Short Course II Facilitator Application
The BCPVPA is taking applications from current BCPVPA members to serve as Short Course II facilitators for 2019. At Short Course, facilitators will assist with overall organization of Short Course and work with a cohort of school leaders throughout the week long program. Facilitators will need to participate in some training prior to Short Course II taking place. Short Course II facilitators will maintain a year-long connection with their Short Course II participants as part of our cohort model.

Short Course II Facilitation - Igniting Mid-Career Leaders        (UBC Okanagan - July, 2019)
The BCPVPA launched Short Course II in July 2018. Developed in partnership with UBC Okanagan, the program is based on an inquiry approach to a leadership challenge. Support will be provided to participants, in triads, for a full year following the Course.
