Applications due beginning March 1.  Applications for returning members become delinquent April 1.    

Membership applications are not complete until annual dues have been received. Returning membership applications with dues received after April 1st may be subject to a $10/month fee. Membership applications received after July 1st may result in loss of seniority. New membership applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
