South Cherwell Community Larder Parcel Requests
In Partnership with SOFEA, Oxford Food Bank Distributors, Oxford Mutual Aid, and North Oxford Food Bank, Kidlington Parish Council has helped us establish a community larder for Cherwell.
The Cherwell Larder will operate on FRIDAYS starting August 28, 2020. Starting September 2020 we will open a marketplace at Exeter Hall, Kidlington, on Friday afternoons 2-4pm.
This is your opportunity to help us reduce food waste by selecting your own food. Please only take what you will use.
There is no fee or payment expected, but if you are able to give a small donation, we operate on a 'pay what you can' basis.
You can sign up for this service if you need help with food, or if you are concerned about food waste and want to help reduce food waste in the UK. Our services are not intended to cover all of your meals, just to help fill gaps. Anyone and everyone can fill out this form. We do not means test!
We offer a very limited delivery service for South Cherwell... This service is for residents of Cherwell District: Kidlington, Yarnton, Begbroke, Bletchingdon, Kirtlington, Tackley, Ambrosden, Bicester, and surrounding areas. If you need delivery on a Friday you must fill in this form by 3pm the Wednesday before. You do not need to fill in the form multiple times. Once you are in the system we will assume you want the service until you tell us to stop.
If you are from North Cherwell (Bicester (OX25, OX26, OX27), Heyfords, or Banbury), you also have other options for parcel deliveries: 0300 3030125

By filling in this form I give my permission to Cherwell Larder to contact me directly about a variety of topics including my delivery if applicable, changes in service, soliciting feedback to improve the larder, or new offerings. I understand that if I do not consent to being contacted by the larder I cannot receive food as this information is given for legitimate service necessity. I understand Cherwell Larder will not share my information with third parties for any sort of gain, and is only collecting this data to provide the best service possible surrounding food parcel provision to the Cherwell Community.
