Unravel the secrets behind the most talked about dessert bar in the world. From making extraordinary desserts, techniques and recipes, to getting an insider's insights on local produce, in conjunction with our friends from Sub-Zero and Wolf SEA.
Each day of our pastry classes is held from 9A to 4P, with a one-hour break for lunch. Each small group class will be led by a demonstration from Chef Will, followed by hands-on training.
In each block of the 1 or 2 Weeks Pastry Bootcamp, there will be an excursion to visit an amazing local producer on the sixth day, and Sunday is time for a rest.
If you’d like to opt for a more relaxed pace, our Ethical Foraging class is held from 9A to 2P, with snacks in between and a one-hour break for lunch. Forage at a Balinese Food Forest and eat what you’ve harvested for the day.
