ULTIMATE MAMAS is for those considering, trying to conceive, expecting and postpartum. You will be supported, wherever you are on your journey as you build new habits in a way that feels good to you.
Every mama and mama-to-be is different, but please make sure you have the OK from your doctor or midwife before beginning this or any program that involves physical activity.
ULTIMATE MAMAS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...... you're primarily concerned with weight loss. ... you're not trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum (go here instead, melissadanielle.com/ultimatewomenswellness)... you have and/or are recovering from an eating disorder.... you're unable to commit to your wellness goals (self-care, personal development, working out, etc).... you've never engaged in a structured fitness program before.... you're not ready for personal accountability.... you make more excuses than you make the effort.... you prefer to lurk in groups instead of engaging regularly.... you don't have consistent access to high-speed internet. ... the financial investment will add more stress to your life (but if you'd like to learn how to have this program pay for itself, let me know!).

Having a weight loss goal is fine, but I advocate Health At Every Size. It's more important to me that you develop a healthy relationship with food and movement as a part of a wellness-centered lifestyle, not as a means to an end. And given that hormones play a huge role in how we gain and lose weight, especially as women, focusing on weight loss will only make you more stressed and obssessed, something I'd like to avoid.
