About Me
I'm Melissa Danielle, founder of Ultimate Mamas. I help women make peace with their periods so they can prepare their bodies and lives for conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting as an Integrative Nutrition & Women's Health Coach, Massage Therapist, and Full Spectrum Doula. I live in Hawaii by way of Brooklyn (goodbye, winter!), where I spend my free time trying to keep my hula hoop up, playing Sparked, and growing my garden.

I've spent almost 20 years building community around food and inspiring 1000s of people like you to make healthy habits a lifestyle. I'm looking forward to supporting you on your motherhood journey.

Good to Know
Ultimate Mamas holds brave space for women on their mothering journey. The conversations will center around the uterus, ovaries, vulva, the reproductive hormones associated with female genitalia, and centering women's pleasure (movement, creativity, orgasm).

Having a weight loss goal is fine, but I advocate Health At Every Size. It's more important to me that you develop a healthy relationship with food and movement as a part of a wellness-centered lifestyle, not as a means to an end. And given that hormones play a huge role in how we gain and lose weight, especially as women, focusing on weight loss will only make you more stressed and obssessed, something I'd like to avoid.
