CEI Sexual Health Center of Excellence - Materials Order Form
The New York State Clinical Education Initiative (CEI) Sexual Health Center of Excellence offers clinical materials free of charge for providers in New York State and providers in surrounding states that care for New York State patients.

We offer sexually transmitted infection (STI) treatment recommendation clinic cards that are convenient point of care cards reflecting the current CDC STI treatment recommendations. Clinic cards can be attached to a provider name tag or lanyard and include all of the important information needed to make clinically sound decisions regarding STI treatment.

We also offer cards on "Syphilis in Pregnancy and Congenital Syphilis Prevention" and "Screening for STIs, HIV, and Hepatitis B/C during Pregnancy in NYS", along with lanyards and magnets showcasing the CEI Line.
