Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering at the second annual North Shore Kids Festival! 🌟

We’ve now filled all volunteer spots for the 2025 festival, but we’d love to see you join us as a guest on September 14, 2025, from 12 PM to 6 PM at The Shipyards.

Applications for the 2026 festival will open in May next year — be sure to follow us on social media for updates.

Volunteers are the heart of our event—your help is essential in making the festival a success.

Plus, as a thank you, per request volunteers will receive a recommendation letter from our non-profit organization—a great addition to your resume or school portfolio.

Morning Set-Up Crew – Help set up tents, tables, signage, and assist vendors/participants with unloading equipment and supplies before the festival begins.

Pipe Shop Set-Up – Support indoor setup of the Pipe Shop space including tables, signage, and vendor placement coordination.

Kids Fest Tent Volunteer – Lead or assist with the kids’ hands-on activity (e.g. painting or crafts), welcome families, and help maintain a fun, inclusive atmosphere.

Stage Support Volunteer (Stage 1 or 2) – Assist stage coordinators with performer transitions, keep kids safe around the stage, and help maintain the schedule and energy of performances.

Pipe Shop Volunteer (During Festival) – Support vendors and guests inside the Pipe Shop throughout the day, manage flow, and provide assistance or directions as needed.

Festival Floaters / Ambassadors – Walk around the festival, greet visitors, answer questions, direct attendees to various activities, and share general information about what's happening.

Evening Clean-Up Crew – Assist with take-down of tents, tables, signage, and ensure the site is clean by helping with trash collection and vendor pack-up.

No preference – happy to help where needed – You're flexible and willing to jump in where support is most needed during the event day.
