The Covering Asian Pacific America Style Guide was originally published as “Covering Asia and Asian Americans” in 2012, with intermittent modifications and updates made throughout the years (for example, earlier this year, the AAJA Pacific Islander Task Force provided updates and new definitions relating to the Pacific Islands.), but was removed from the AAJA website in 2021 for a needed overhaul.
